Just started and it’s Working as expected.

For anyone who suffers from lower to mid back pain, I truly recommend this product. Keep using it for at least two weeks, twice a day for 10 minutes. You will first notice how bad the alignment of your spinal cord is in the first place after the first use. But stick with it, it does and will improve your back pain. It also helps to stretch your back and correct your posture. It you are persistent and make the time for it, you will feel the results.

This item was out of stock for a while, but well worth the wait. My husband ordered multiple support cushions in softer & thicker material and all work well as intended including this stiff looking device. We tried to use this back support on flat and soft surface and it works great every time. It provided tremendous relief to back spine. Recommend! A+++

You know when you bend to get something and your back starts to hurt like crazy? Or when you wake up in the morning and you don't know why your back hurts? Or even when you sit down and you cannot stand straight when you get up, because you're in so much pain? And I could describe so many other scenarios when my back just kills me. Sometimes I might even need a cane. Well, about 5 years ago I discovered this little gem on Amazon and every time my back starts to hurt, I use it. I don't know exactly what it does, I understand it stretches the muscles in your back, but I don't really need to know, because it has always worked like magic for me! I only use it when my back hurts. Five minutes once or twice a day are enough. You won't feel a difference right away, but the pain will go down gradually, until one day you realize it's gone! And I mean, in less than a week!

I have frequent back pain from bad posture, picking things up off the floor all day (kids!), And working from home with the laptop on the couch. I used to wake with back pain every day. Using this every evening for 5-6 minutes really relaxes my back. It feels so much better in the morning now.

I try to use this daily for 10 minutes using the middle placement of the removable slat. Build yourself up to it because it can be a very intense and sometimes uncomfortable stretch; I sit at a desk all day and need something to keep my back and hips from tightening up so badly. This works well and despite my thoughts about it being gimmicky I think over time it's helped to keep my back looser and more limber.

Seriously amazing !! I have had back issues for years. Nothing major but tight sore muscles. After having my daughter I lost my arch and am not flexible no matter how much I excersize. This thing started to relieve pains within minutes. I’m laying on it now and slowly there’s a good achy relief! (Like ahhh hurts so good) lol and standing up feels better. Can’t wait to keep using this daily ! Definitely recommend!

I have been suffering from lower back pain for about 2 months, since injuring it while shoveling snow. After reading about some of the positive benefits people have felt after using back stretching devices, I thought it was worth trying myself. The positive reviews that I read about this product before purchasing are well earned. After a week of use, I am already feeling positive benefits myself. I am able to rest on it on the first 2 levels, but have been using the first level so as not to push my body too fast. I still have a bit of an ache, but I am not feeling the abrupt twinges that I had been feeling before. I have been combining using the back stretcher with some lower back yoga which I highly recommend doing as well. Whether or not you like the nubs on the stretcher is one of personal preference. I happen to like them and feel like they stimulate circulation and healing. If you don’t like them, you could always cover the stretcher with a towel or even a heating pad for warm relief. I will continue to use this stretcher as I feel that it is beneficial to me. It is nice to have a couple more levels to move up to when I feel like I need a deeper stretch.

When I first unboxed this I wasn't too sure how I'd like it because I had a hard time even getting it into the first slot. The bendable piece is very sturdy and great quality, but due to that it was difficult to bend to snap into place SO I put one end on the floor vertically and just bent it a bit by putting pressure on it from the top. That loosened it perfectly and now I have no problem getting it into any slots! Anyway, the first night I went straight to slot #2 and laid on it for a good 15 minutes or more. The next morning I was pretty sore so I read the directions and should have done that first because it states clearly to always start on the first slot and work your way up. Oops! Anyway, I waited a day for the soreness to wear off and tried again on the first slot and for only a few minutes. It didn't really feel like it was helping, but afterwards when I stood up, I could really feel the stretch it gave me! Today I felt extra stiff and like I needed to go to the chiropractor to get popped so instead, I put this on the highest slot and just laid back on each section of my back and every section I stretched over this popped so easily and felt so good! I did NOT stay on this highest level for any amount of time as I'm sure it would cause me a lot of pain since the lowest level did, but this was easier and more effective than rolling over my foam roller to try and pop my back. The pictures I added are the lowest level and the highest level.

The product performs as promised. My back has a tendency to be tight and develop spasms. This device gives me an easy way to keep my back stretched and so far no back spasms. The device has 3 settings, I use the first 2.

Got this 15 minutes ago and could not wait to open it up. Put it together in seconds and did a few stretches immediately! Feels great, and definitely works as advertised. Going to work my way up to higher levels to alleviate my back pain. Great awesome buy!

I have been suffering from back pain for about 20 years. Mostly sciatica and lower back pain. In the last 3 weeks my pain had become unbearable, I would cramp up out of nowhere and I felt like I would not be able to walk eventually. I was desperate. I cam across this product by accident. I was browsing for back pain relievers and this product came up with very high marks. At 20.00+ what was there to lose? Nothing. I followed the directions and the very first time I used it, my pain is gone! I was formerly at about a 9 on a 1-10 scale and now I am literally at 0 pain. I guess somehow my back was unaligned. I do not really know and really do not care. All I know is that I am pain free for the first time in 20 years. I am walking with no pain, my feet dont hurt, my legs, my back. Nothing. It is literally a miracle for me. Thank you

This product works great! When it first arrived and I opened it i set it up with the help of instructions nothing major and then i laid back for 3-5 min on the floor i felt the difference instantly and my pain started to resolve. I also used it for the first time in my vehicle while driving helps the pain as I’m making it to my destination and as I’m sitting at work all day as the device is shown pictured. ☺️
